Sue Read started Life Unlimited over ten years ago, with Julia O’Boyle joining the company a few years later. Sue is a registered psychologist and Julia is a clinical social worker, specialising in mental health issues. Together they have built a fantastic team– all qualified and experienced, as well as mediators who are skilled in dispute and conflict resolution.

Life Unlimited offers therapy and counselling to individuals, couples and families, and HR and corporate solutions to organisations.

Chief "meeter and greeter"

Jack is a very happy and “chilled” addition to our team, and can often be found asleep on the rug in a counselling room, or when no-one is looking, on the couch in the waiting room. read more

Sue is the founder and Director of Life Unlimited Psychology. She is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and has been in clinical practice for over fourteen years. read more

Julia O'Boyle
Clinical Social Worker, HR Consultant

Julia provides psychological counselling and support for a range of mental health issues, and feels privileged to have been working as a counsellor and helping people for over twenty years. read more

Di Fife
Training and Business development manager

Di Fife brings over 30 years of corporate experience working in the fields of Training and Development, Human Resources and Organisational Change. She has managed teams in both the public and private sectors. read more

Aileen Howe
Clinical Psychologist

Aileen provides psychological support and counselling for a range of mental health concerns, and enjoys working collaboratively with her clients to find real solutions to the issues they are experiencing. read more

Psychotherapist and Facilitator

Kate Diggle has over twenty years of corporate and counselling experience, latterly working for a number of large, international EAP companies. read more

Elizabeth Williams
Accredited Social Worker, Counsellor

Elizabeth has a breadth of experience working with individuals and families across the lifespan. Elizabeth works with clients experiencing many life challenges and specialises in counselling adolescents and families, particularly those formed through adoption, out of home care, blended and separated families, or where there has been early childhood trauma. read more

Justine Janssen
Wellbeing Consultant, Yoga Teacher, Facilitator, Presenter

Justine has a passion for movement, mindfulness, and mental health and over the last 20 years she has combined these passions to assist people to reach their optimal mental and physical health. With a background in conflict resolution, Justine believes that the value of true health and happiness is a balance of both mental and physical wellbeing. read more

Client Services

Erin is client services and behind-the-scenes coordinator. You may recognise her from her previous role as Office Manager. Friendly and professional, Erin came to Life Unlimited from a high-end retail background and in her time working at Life Unlimited alongside Directors, practitioners, clients and our external training customers, has developed an intimate knowledge of Life Unlimited. read more

Tiffany Homeshaw
Accredited Social Worker , Counsellor

Tiffany Homeshaw has a diverse work experience having lived and worked in government, hospital and NGO settings in Australia, South Africa, and Brazil where her practice has focussed on supporting clients living with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss.  Tiffany has a Bachelor of Social Work and a Masters of Adult Mental Health. read more
