Pause to Breathe: Managing stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma

We are pleased to let you know that we are offering a new term of Pause to Breathe online classes this year with Justine Janssen. Justine is an experienced yoga, mindfulness, and meditation teacher, who is a qualified Pause Breathwork Facilitator. This term Justine will introduce participants to Yoga Nidra in the second part of the Pause to Breathe class. Yoga Nidra means “yogic” or “psychic sleep”. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping that can be both restorative and relaxing. Justine will guide participants with a Yoga Nidra meditation that will help calm mind and body, and switch on your body’s relaxation response.

Where: Pause to Breathe classes are held online using the Zoom platform. Practice in the privacy of your own home.

Fees: If you purchase a Term Pass and pay upfront, we’ll offer you a 10% discount as a thank you.

Pause to Breathe One-Class Pass $22.00 per session.

Pause to Breathe Term Pass $158.40 (with the 10% discount) for 8 sessions – Usually $176.00! We will be practicing together via zoom and you will receive you links post payment.

When: Term begins on Wednesday 16 February 7:30 PM and then each week for 8 weeks ending on Wednesday 6 April 2022.

What if you can’t make a class? We will send participants a recording of each session the day after the live one so you will never miss out! You can also use the recording in between sessions for more relaxation and breathwork practice.
