This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through lifeunlimited.com.au, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). As a health service provider we take privacy obligations particularly seriously.
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running reliably.
Because of the nature of our services, a message you send us may include health or other sensitive information. Please share only what you are comfortable sending through a website form. A brief note is enough for us to arrange a conversation, and anything clinical is better discussed at your appointment.
We use your enquiry details for one purpose: to respond to you. Form submissions are delivered to our practice email and are not stored in a database on this website. We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we never sell personal information.
If you become a client, the information collected in the course of providing psychological services is held in our practice’s clinical records, not on this website, and is managed under the Privacy Act’s rules for health information, applicable health records legislation, and our practitioners’ professional and ethical obligations of confidentiality.

Website enquiries pass through the service providers that run this site: our hosting platform and our transactional email provider, which delivers the message to us over an encrypted connection. Clinical records are different: the law requires us to retain them for set periods, so they cannot be deleted on request during that time.
