She has worked with a range of clients including children, young people and adults working with them to manage mental health concerns including work related challenges, family relationships, historical trauma (including childhood trauma), adjustment difficulties and chronic and terminal illness.  Tiffany has also worked with refugees, as well as torture and trauma survivors from diverse cultural backgrounds.

In her practice, Tiffany follows a client-centred approach, using frameworks and strategies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Strengths Based, motivational interviewing and other evidence-based therapies to empower her clients. She believes that by providing clients with the tools to explore and address their concerns will build self-awareness and growth. Tiffany is passionate about bringing a holistic approach to her work.  She has an interest in the link between gut health and mental health, and the role it plays in both our physical and mental health. She is also a Pilates mat instructor and a family that includes three fast growing children!
